Jay Milsten

Jay was born and raised here in Tacoma and started in the insurance business in 1996. Jay has enjoyed the relationships with customers in both personal and business insurance. He joined the PHE team in March 2023 and is excited to continue working with customers and friends. Jay lives in Puyallup with his wife Brigitte and hobbies are the outdoors, golfing with friends, and community involvement.
