Carissa Milligan

Carissa is an experienced commercial insurance agent, with over 20 years of experience. PHE welcomed her onboard in April 2023 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and ensuring clients receive the best possible insurance solutions. When she is not working Carissa loves to spend quality time with her husband Mike and their dog Arrow on their 35 Foot Ponderosa named “Salty Life”. Additionally, she is an active member of the Tacoma Yacht Club.
