Office Coordinator

Role includes a full range of customer service tasks for clients. Duties include:

  • Build relationships and resolve problems for customers
  • Review and Process policy renewals
  • Obtain applications, quote and bind surplus lines renewals
  • Compare applications, quotes & policies to ensure accuracy
  • Issue and revise Binders, Auto ID cards, COI’s and EOP’s
  • Process change requests
  • Review and process premium audits
  • Counsel insureds on company loss control recommendations
  • Advise Insureds on coverage questions
  • Assist Insureds with Billing questions
  • Quote and Issue New Business (encouraged but not required)

Qualifications – Successful candidates should:

  • Focus on resolving problems for customers and moving issues to resolution
  • Exercise strong critical thinking
  • Be able to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks with different time demands
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand different situations require different communication strategies
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity
  • Be an advisor to clients

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range $55,000- $70,000
