Hi, my name is Lesa Bentley I was born, raised and still live in this beautiful State of Washington and I’m 100% sure I will never live anywhere else!
I was raised in Renton, where I attended Benson Hill Elementary, Nelson Middle School and Graduated from Lindbergh Senior High School. My favorite subject all throughout my school years was music and art. I took a few years of piano lessons when I was quite young, but mainly stuck with choir in the high school years.
I currently reside in the city of Auburn with my husband. We have two adult daughters that still live here in Washington and they will always be my first babies. I also have the love of 3 fur baby kitties, one long hair white, 1 short hair black and one grey, white and black short hair terror! Oh! And don’t forget the most important! One adorable Husband of 38 years. We enjoy walking, hiking, swimming, playing board and card games and watching all kinds of paranormal television and movies, although he will say that the “First 48” is still #1 with him!
I come from a retail background. I started in a small grocery store in Seattle way back in 1983 that my father managed, I have worked at Safeway, Costco, and Dollar Tree where I was an assistant manager.
In 2006 I decided to change from retail and take a chance in insurance. I was given a position with a small 3-person agency in Renton, where I came to specialize in auto insurance and working with Dealerships.
In 2012 I joined Bell-Anderson Insurance in the commercial lines department as an account assistant where I learned that not all insurance is the same! I was then promoted to Account Manager in 2015. I enjoyed my time in the commercial department, but my roots were calling me back to personal lines, so in the latter part of 2016 I again joined the Personal Lines Department as an Account Manager.
In 2018 I joined Soloman Insurance Agency and worked there until January of 2022. I was the Account Manager of not only the personal lines clients but also the Commercial clients. I was also the unofficial “Office Manager” as this being another small 3-person agency. I enjoyed working there very much and wish them all the best!
In February of this year, I was made an offer I could not refuse! And needless to say, I am now honored to be part of Pilkey Hopping & Ekberg in their amazing Personal Lines Department. I hope my many years of insurance and customer service knowledge will help contribute to the success of this wonderful agency! I do not plan on going anywhere else, I have moved around enough and love the thought of settling in and getting to know everyone that walks through our door.
