Whitney Thompson
Personal Lines Department Manager
- Whitney is the Manager of our personal lines department. She started working in personal insurance in 2011, and has her Personal Lines Coverage Specialist (PLCS) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. Her personal motto is “Always Learning.” Whitney is a Washingtonian with a strong love for the Pacific Northwest (and our rain). After growing up in Kirkland, she moved to Bellingham, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree with majors in (1) Human Development: Self-Expression & Therapeutic Healing and (2) Linguistics. Shortly after getting her degree, she moved to Pierce County. Outside of the office, Whitney is an avid knitter, hobby-artist, and crafter. She enjoys reading, board games, bowling in a recreational league, studying languages, and snuggling her two rescue-dogs. As a self-proclaimed extrovert, Whitney connects with people through her traditionally solo activities by creating crafting parties and knitting circles, and participating in book clubs.
